The Beauty of Faith

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

In 2022, the Lord nudged me toward understanding the importance of practicing stillness in Him. At the same time, the Lord taught me the value of caring for myself: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In 2023 & 2024, the Lord gently directed me to train to become a Christ-centered yoga instructor. Following this, despite nervousness, I took steps to create Christ-centered holistic wellness spaces for my community. Along the way, there were a mixture of moments filled with joy, self-doubts, fears & hope.

Here I am today, in 2026, and faith feels more tangible than it has ever felt before. In midst of questions & unknowns, I am confident my steps are surrounded by God’s provision because of His voice.

As a human being, questions, doubts, and fears are natural tendencies to have even in exciting moments. Faith is taking a step out and trusting Our Father. It is believing in His direction, provision, and care.
