What We Offer

We offer Christ-centered yoga that engages stretching movement using yoga postures, breathwork, and Biblical meditation The available Christ-centered yoga sessions range from slow-flow, restorative, and chair yoga.

Each offered session is uniquely crafted with a Biblical spiritual intention that is weaved throughout the allotted time with an incorporation of scriptures, reflection questions, and breath prayers.

    2026 Schedule:

    • Monday evenings, 6-7pm

    • First United Methodist Church of Lakeland - 72 Lake Morton Drive Lakeland, FL

    • Donation-based sessions ($10 suggestion)
