Join a beginner-level, slow-flow Christ-centered yoga class with Be Still Movement. Experience a time to enjoy stillness through physical movement, meditation, & breath prayers as worship to Christ. A time to slow down and come as you are.
Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion and bring a yoga mat. This class is for Adults(18+). Activity Waiver & Release Forms need to be completed prior to class.
Suggested Donation: $10 collected at class.

Yoga & New Year Vision Boards — January 17th, 9–11am
This new year, settle into rest with an outdoor Christ-centered yoga flow and vision board activity.
During our time together, we will take time to focus on the importance of reflecting, treasuring, and unfolding our unique God-given purpose.
As we ease into the morning, we will begin with a gentle Christ-centered yoga flow to center our heart’s on Jeremiah 29:11.
After movement, we will enjoy refreshments followed by the vision board activity introduction. The activity will hold an emphasis on God’s calling on your life. You are encouraged to reflect as you create a beautiful collage representing this new year. Here are example reflective prompts you will have the opportunity to explore:
How do you believe God wants to use you in 2026?
How can you live fully in Christ in 2026?
How can you fulfill holistic wellness in Christ in 2026?
All vision board supplies are provided. However, you are welcome to bring any additional items, as desired.
Yoga & Affirmation Card-Making — February 21st, 9–11am
This month, as we celebrate love let’s take time to appreciate the beautiful design God crafted within you and those around us.
We will begin with an outdoor Christ-centered yoga & meditation session that will weave in the truth of Psalms 139. As you move and breathe, you are encouraged to slow down and unravel as you rest in the love of Christ.
Following the outdoor yoga session, you’ll enjoy refreshments to accompany your hands-on activity. You will create a set of personalized affirmation cards grounded in biblical truth— to keep or share with others who need encouragement. For the card-making activity, you’ll receive affirmation prompts, scripture verses, and art materials.
Yoga & Flower Pot Painting — March 28th, 9–11am
As spring approaches, we will take time to be reminded of the importance of grounding ourselves in God’s truth as we grow in Him.
We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding outdoor Christ-centered yoga session focused on Colossians 2:6-7. You will be invited to unplug, relax, and reflect on your mat as an a way to be present with Christ.
After yoga, you will be offered refreshments to enjoy with the flower pot painting activity that symbolizes the growth God is cultivating in your life. You’ll find an enjoyable space to create while using brushes, paint, and simple prompts.
Yoga & Stained Glass Making — May 16th, 9–11am
Celebrate the warmth and joy as summer slowly begins to make it’s way into the year.
We will begin with a peaceful outdoor Christ-centered yoga flow that invites you to notice the goodness of God. During the yoga flow, we will incorporate the intention that Psalms 30:5 shares with us. Through meditation and reflective breathwork, you’ll invited be into a space of joy and reflection.
Following yoga, you’ll be offered refreshments to enjoy while participating in a stained-glass art activity using colors and simple designs to create a piece that glows beautifully in the sun. This hands-on experience is creative and reflective—symbolizing how God’s goodness shines through every part of your story, even the broken or uneven pieces.
