Join a beginner-level, slow-flow Christ-centered yoga session with Be Still Movement. Experience a time to enjoy stillness through physical movement, meditation, & breath prayers as worship to Christ. A time to slow down and come as you are.
Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion and bring a yoga mat. This class is for Adults(18+). Activity Waiver & Release Forms need to be completed prior to class.

July 18th, 9–11am: Outdoor-Patio Yoga Session
A time to unplug, rest, and chill in the sun. We will begin our time with a gentle outdoor-patio Christ-centered yoga flow as we pause for intentional movement. We will rest upon the importance of deep refreshment for our mind, body, and soul. During our time, an emphasis will be placed on the refreshment Christ offers us through his living water as referenced in John 4:7-26.
Following the Christ-centered yoga flow & meditation, you are invited to enjoy time in the sun by the poolside: lay on a towel or hammock, take a dip in the pool, & more. Also, be ready to enjoy summer refreshments that you can both create & enjoy.

August 15th, 9–11:30 am: Outdoor Yoga Session & Brunch
Join us for a morning centered on holistic nourishment as we gather in community to care for our bodies, hearts, and souls through Christ. We will begin with a gentle Christ-centered yoga flow that will focus on slowing down and reflecting on God's design for fellowship & friendship.
After our yoga session, we'll gather around the table to enjoy a wholesome brunch featuring healthy savory and sweet foods, along with coffee and juices. As we join over a meal together, we'll spend intentional time connecting, encouraging one another, and celebrating the joy of fellowship.

Women’s Morning Retreat — September 12th, 8:30–12pm

As a daughter of God, you are invited to Come & Rest. Whether you joined in the Spring or this is your first time, you are invited to step away from the noise and into stillness at a peaceful women’s half-day retreat designed to help you learn & engage in rest while connecting to God’s presence.
Together, we will reflect on Christ’s invitation to Come and Rest through prayerful movement and intentional stillness. Whether you’re feeling busy, weary, or simply longing for community this retreat offers a sacred space to pause, be refreshed, and embrace time with the Lord, in community.

Join us for a peaceful morning of Christ-centered movement, creativity, and reflection as we celebrate the beauty of being transformed in Christ.
We'll begin with a gentle, beginner-friendly Christ-centered yoga flow inspired by 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Psalm 139. Through intentional movement, meditation, and breath prayers, you'll be invited to reflect on your identity and the ongoing work He is doing within your life & those around you.
After yoga, enjoy festive refreshments while painting your pumpkin. This creative activity offers a relaxing opportunity to unwind and create in community.

November 14th, 9–11:30am: Outdoor Yoga Session & Gratitude Framed Collaging
As the season of Thanksgiving approaches, take time to pause and reflect on the many blessings God has faithfully provided throughout the year.
Join us for a morning of worshipful movement and meaningful creativity. We'll begin with a gentle Christ-centered yoga flow inspired by Psalm 100. Through peaceful movement, Biblical meditation, and reflection we will take time to focus our hearts on gratitude.
Following our time on the mat, enjoy festive refreshments as you create a personalized framed gratitude collage. You'll design a keepsake that reflects the people, moments, and blessings God has placed in your life.
Details on the Framed Collage Activity:
Personal Photographs: Ahead of time please plan to share a few photos of those you are grateful for. Your photos will be printed for you to include in your framed collage.
Topics of Gratitude: Ahead of time, you will be asked to share 3-5 topics of gratitude which can be used to include in your framed collage.
Creative Resources: Picture frame, papers, stickers, ribbons, colors, and other tools will be provided to create a beautiful gratitude framed collage.

December 5th, 6:30-8:30pm: Candlelight Yoga & Christmas Meditation
Step away from the busyness of the Christmas season and enter into an evening of peace, worship, and quiet reflection as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Christ.
Special Yoga Session: Together, we'll begin with a gentle candlelight Christ-centered yoga flow inspired by Isaiah 9:6 and Luke 2. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, you'll be invited to slow down through prayerful movement, Biblical meditation, and breath prayers as we reflect on the hope, peace, and promise found in Jesus.
Refreshments & Connection: After our candlelight practice, stay for a cozy time of fellowship while enjoying hot cocoa and Christmas cookies.
