Yoga & Stained Glass Making — May 16th, 9–11am
Celebrate the warmth and joy as summer slowly begins to make it’s way into the year.
We will begin with a peaceful outdoor Christ-centered yoga flow that invites you to notice the goodness of God. During the yoga flow, we will incorporate the intention that Psalms 30:5 shares with us. Through meditation and reflective breathwork, you’ll invited be into a space of joy and reflection.
Following yoga, you’ll be offered refreshments to enjoy while participating in a stained-glass art activity using colors and simple designs to create a piece that glows beautifully in the sun. This hands-on experience is creative and reflective—symbolizing how God’s goodness shines through every part of your story, even the broken or uneven pieces.
