As we enter into the Christmas season, let’s pause and celebrate the joy of the season.
Special Yoga Session: Together, we'll begin with a Christmas themed slow-flow Christ-centered yoga session inspired by the Christmas story. This Saturday morning, you'll be invited to slow down through prayerful movement, Biblical meditation, and breath prayers as we reflect on the joy of Christ’s birth
Refreshments & Connection: After our yoga session, decorate a unique, joy-inspired Christmas ornament plus enjoy hot cocoa and Christmas cookies.
